    About the Editors

    Amitrajeet A Batabyal is the Arthur J Gosnell Professor of Economics at the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York, USA.

    Peter Nijkamp is Professor of Regional Economics at VU University Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
