Series Editors:

This series will take up topics of unusual contemporary significance
for economists, but also of lasting interest so that they should
continue to be relevant for several more years. Economic institutions,
development of individual or regional economies, methodological or
theoretical studies will get serious editorial attention. Conference
proceedings and monographs by sole or joint authors will be in the
series. Work is already underway on contributions that describe modern
development in remarkable economies of East Asia, as well as the
region as a whole, but the series will be truly international in
scope, and other regions will also be covered.
