IMPERIAL COLLEGE PRESS SERIES IN MULTINATIONAL INVESTMENT AND BUSINESS

Series co-Editors-in-Chief

Professor George T Haley (University of New Haven, Connecticut, USA)
Professor Usha C V Haley (Massey University, Auckland, New Zealand)

This focused Series explores multilateral investments in business and political environments, especially in emerging and transitional markets, small states or dealing with emergent technologies, where such investments have unpredictable consequences for multinational business and society.

Multinational corporations, governmental and non-governmental organizations negotiate complex market and policy environments at the local, national, and global levels. These environments create global opportunities and impose global obligations. By focusing on emerging and transitional markets and technologies, the Series hopes to explore how global business environments are evolving through processes that involve actors at various levels with implications for policy and practice. The Series welcomes diverse theoretical perspectives. The Series editors are especially interested in issues dealing with business-government relations, green technology, governance, ownership, ethics, sustainability, alliances and patterns of FDI, but do not wish to limit topics to these issues.

The Series publishes scholarly yet accessible books that appeal to multiple audiences located in professional schools (particularly, business and public policy), social science departments (particularly economics, political science, and sociology) policy makers and practicing managers. Books in this Series must make broader theoretical arguments and systematically employ evidence to examine them. Yet, the arguments and material should not be so narrow or discipline-focused that they only appeal to very small audiences. The Series co-Editors-in-Chief will consider edited as well as single or co-authored high-quality manuscripts. For edited manuscripts, the chapters should correspond to core themes, cohere, and make original contributions.

Most manuscript ideas are typically submitted to either of the Series co-Editors-in-Chief for review and recommendation.
