Manuals in Biomedical Research
(ISSN: 1793-1894)
Series Editor: Jan-Thorsten Schantz
Recent advances in biomedical sciences have provided a large spectrum of new experimental tools and it is often both, time consuming and difficult to identify reliable protocols in the extensive literature.
The aim of this series Manuals in Biomedical Research is to provide a wide range of easy to follow state of the art protocols and techniques in biomedical sciences. They are designed to be a daily companion for both young as well as experienced researchers and are meant to be carried in the lab coat pocket. Being comprehensive, yet leaving plenty of space for protocols to be individually amended, they serve as true "working-references". The contributors of this series all have extensive experience in technical aspects as well as in education and training. By providing tips and checklists and by including sections on trouble-shooting they help to design the experiment and assist in exploring biomedical questions from multiple angles.
